Contact Goglucotide: which desk can do what
There are two desks. The order desk on +1 (282) 450-4273, which also publishes [email protected], handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds, and it is the only route to the 60-day money-back window; its opening hours are not published. The website desk at [email protected] handles the pages themselves: a wrong figure, a broken link, a typo, a privacy question or a press question, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It cannot see an order, find a parcel or issue a refund. The office is 375 Pearl Street, Floor 14, New York, NY 10038, USA and returns go to 650 Fifth Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10019, USA, which is a different address. Two questions belong to neither desk: how much licorice is in a serving, and whether you personally should take this.

The two desks, in under a minute
Read time under a minute- Order desk +1 (282) 450-4273 · [email protected]. Orders, tracking, changes and refunds. Opening hours are not published.
- Website desk [email protected] · Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Pages, typos, privacy and press.
- Office: 375 Pearl Street, Floor 14, New York, NY 10038, USA. Correspondence, not parcels.
- Returns: 650 Fifth Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10019, USA. This is where a refund parcel goes.
- Two questions neither desk can answer: how much licorice is in a serving, and whether you personally should take it.
Which desk, in one choice
Two desks, two jobs. Pick the thing you need and this panel names the one that can do it, and says so when the answer is neither.

The website desk, by email
[email protected] · Website desk - pages, typos, privacy and press
Pages, typos, privacy and press. Open Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. A correction to a figure is the most useful message this desk gets.
Neither: it is already published here
Every amount, percentage, warning and other-ingredient line on this site was read off the supplied label artwork, which is printed full size on the label page. If the answer is on the panel it is on that page, and if it is not on the panel it is almost certainly not published.
Neither desk can answer that
Neither desk knows your blood pressure, your prescriptions or your history. The label prints a warning naming hypertension, heart disease, liver and kidney disorders, and the ordinary caution about pregnancy, nursing, anyone under 18 and any known medical condition. The cautions page carries both in full, with the sources.

The order desk
Orders, tracking, changes and refunds
+1 (282) 450-4273
[email protected]
Opening hours: not published
This is the desk with the orders on it. It is the only route to a refund, the only route to a tracking number that has not arrived, and the only route to matching a physical bottle against a purchase.
Refunds and the 60-day window
Call with the order ID. Include your full name, the email on the order and the order ID. The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking.
Tracking and parcels
Tracking arrives in the order email. The carrier and the transit time are not published, so this desk is where they come from.
Changes to an order
An address, a pack, a cancellation before dispatch. All of it needs the order ID and none of it can be done by the website desk.
Questions the label leaves open
The licorice amount, the bonus guide contents, a best-before date, a certificate document. The desk may be able to get what the label does not print.
The hours the order desk keeps are not published. The Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET window published with this stock belongs to the website desk, which cannot see an order, so this site prints the order number and leaves its opening times blank rather than borrowing somebody else’s working day.
The hours are the one uncomfortable gap and it is printed rather than papered over. A desk that publishes a telephone number and no hours is asking you to guess, and this site is not going to guess on its behalf by borrowing the website desk’s working day and printing it here.

Website desk - pages, typos, privacy and press
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET
This is the desk that writes and corrects the pages you are reading. It has no order screen and no way to move money, and saying so clearly saves a reader a day.
What it can do
Fix a wrong figure, a broken link or a typo. Answer a privacy question. Answer a press question. Explain where a number on this site came from.
What it cannot do
See an order, find a tracking number, change an address, cancel anything or issue a refund. None of those exist at this address.
When it is open
Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. The order desk’s hours are a separate matter and are not published.
The website desk cannot see orders. There is no order screen at that address, no tracking view and no way to issue a refund. Anything involving money, a parcel or a change to an order goes to the order desk on +1 (282) 450-4273.
The most useful message this desk gets is a correction. Every figure here was read off one piece of label artwork, and a reader holding a bottle is better placed to catch a misread than anybody here. Name the page and the line; the about page sets out what happens next.
The two postal addresses, and which is which
Two New York addresses are published for this seller, and they do different jobs. Sending a return to the office is the most expensive mistake on this page.
| Address | What it is | What to send there |
|---|---|---|
| 650 Fifth Avenue, Floor 10, New York, NY 10019, USA | Returns | A refund parcel, with tracking, after calling +1 (282) 450-4273 |
| 375 Pearl Street, Floor 14, New York, NY 10038, USA | Office | Correspondence. Not parcels and not returns. |
The returns address is the one that appears in the refund procedure and the one to put on a parcel. The buyer pays return shipping, and the seller asks you to use tracking. Nothing supplied says the office receives returns, and a refund parcel sent there has not arrived where it needs to be. The refund page works the return through step by step, including the two-stage timing and the five things the policy does not settle.
The two questions neither desk can answer
Most of what a reader wants to know can be routed to one desk or the other. Two things cannot, and they are the two that matter most on this product.
How much licorice is in a serving?
Not published, and not derivable. The bottle prints a warning about it. The blend is one weight of 82 mg across 12 ingredients with no individual amounts, and licorice sits first, so the only quantitative thing that can be said is a ceiling of 82 mg.
Should you personally take it?
Neither desk can answer that and neither will try. The label names hypertension, heart disease, liver and kidney disorders in its printed warning, and pregnancy, nursing, anyone under 18 and any known medical condition in its ordinary caution.
The first is a gap in the document. The label prints a warning about licorice and does not print how much licorice a serving carries, or how much glycyrrhizin it contains. Licorice is first in the declared order, so its ceiling is the whole 82 mg, which rules out nothing. It is still worth asking, because the figure is unpublished rather than unknowable and a desk that deals with the manufacturer may be able to get it.
The second is not a gap at all. Nobody at either end of a telephone knows your blood pressure, your prescriptions or your history. The label names four groups in its printed warning and more in its ordinary caution, and the person to take any of them to is a clinician rather than a retailer. The cautions page carries both in full, so you can take the page to the appointment rather than the sales copy.
No published trial on the finished Glucotide formula was supplied with this stock and none appears in any source we opened. Every reference on this site describes a single named ingredient or the labelling regulation, not this bottle.
